Create voiceovers, podcasts, audiobooks, advertisements, e-learning content, and other commercial audio using voices you have rights to.
You may not clone any person's voice without their explicit written consent. This includes cloning voices from publicly available recordings without permission.
You may not use generated audio to impersonate individuals for financial fraud, identity theft, social engineering attacks, or any deceptive purpose that causes harm.
You may not create fake audio of politicians, government officials, or public figures to spread false information, manipulate elections, or influence public opinion through deception.
You may not generate sexual or intimate voice content of real people without their explicit consent. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
You may not create audio designed to harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate any individual or group.
You may not generate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
You may not generate audio that facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or work around any safety measures, rate limits, or usage restrictions of our platform.
You may not create voice deepfakes intended to deceive others about the authenticity of the content without clear disclosure that it is AI-generated.
You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the AiCloneVox service itself without a written partnership agreement.
