AiCloneVox provides an AI-powered voice cloning and text-to-speech platform. Users can upload voice samples, create voice models, and generate synthetic speech using those models. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
Credits are the in-platform currency used for voice generation. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure (failed renders are automatically refunded). Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days notice.

You retain ownership of audio you upload and voice content you generate, subject to compliance with these Terms. By uploading audio, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any audio you upload.
You are solely responsible for all content generated using your account. We are not liable for misuse of generated audio. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Credits are non-refundable except: (a) when a render fails due to our system error, credits are automatically refunded; (b) at our discretion for documented technical issues. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiCloneVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiCloneVox from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
